Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Network Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Ys across the Network to enhance credibility and align strategies
- Supervise the Customer Experience Team and lead the implementation of a Centralized Intake function
- Foster continuous quality improvement by identifying efficiencies and ensuring high-quality customer experience systems are in place
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in collaborative partnerships with local YMCAs or community organizations
- Experience supervising and leading staff preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
