Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Network Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Ys across the Network to enhance credibility and align strategies
  • Supervise the Customer Experience Team and lead the implementation of a Centralized Intake function
  • Foster continuous quality improvement by identifying efficiencies and ensuring high-quality customer experience systems are in place
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in collaborative partnerships with local YMCAs or community organizations
  • Experience supervising and leading staff preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
