Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Institutional Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret institutional data to inform decision-making and meet reporting obligations

• Work closely with academic and administrative units to ensure access to relevant information and foster data-informed decision-making

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, statistics, data science, social sciences)
• 5-7 years of experience in institutional research, data analytics, or a related field within higher education
• Experience with accreditation processes and compliance reporting
• Proven track record in managing large-scale data projects and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency with statistical tools and data visualization platforms
