Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Employee Relations function, ensuring fair and compliant handling of workplace issues
- Oversee HR Operations team responsible for employee lifecycle processes and ensure timely delivery of HR services
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and lead internal HR audits
Qualifications/Training/Education
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms and service delivery models
