A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Relations function, ensuring fair and compliant handling of workplace issues
• Oversee HR Operations team responsible for employee lifecycle processes and ensure timely delivery of HR services
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and lead internal HR audits

Qualifications/Training/Education

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS platforms and service delivery models
