Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for revenue and expenses
• Create financial reporting packages and analyze SaaS KPIs to identify insights and risks
• Implement process optimizations and align management reporting with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in SaaS businesses
• Proven ability to build and scale FP&A functions in complex environments
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics such as NRR, CAC, and LTV
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or financial planning tools
• Experience working with C-level executives and improving FP&A systems
