Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a nonprofit or social enterprise
  • Experience managing budgets of $5-15 million and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Understanding of benefits administration and employment law compliance
