A company is looking for a Director of Finance & HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while providing strategic recommendations
- Oversee accounting functions, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with audits
- Manage HR compliance, benefits administration, and ensure secure handling of employee data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a nonprofit or social enterprise
- Experience managing budgets of $5-15 million and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of benefits administration and employment law compliance
