Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Release Observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide engineering strategy and execution across Release Observability teams
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to build scalable and intuitive products
• Manage and mentor senior leaders while cultivating high-performing teams

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with 2+ years managing multiple teams
• Experience with observability systems and statistical analysis pipelines
• Strong architectural understanding of data platforms and cloud-native infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in scaling teams through various growth phases
• Prior experience at a product-led SaaS or DevTools company is a plus
