Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5 years in engineering leadership
• Proven track record in financial services, fintech, or blockchain systems
• Deep technical background in scalable distributed systems or trading platforms
• Experience in regulated environments or building compliant financial systems
• Strong product intuition and customer-first mindset
