Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Head of Design to oversee product design and user research.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall UX strategy and vision for mobile and desktop experiences
• Articulate and implement a cohesive set of design principles and guidelines
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of UX and UI designers, ensuring high-quality design standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in user experience, design, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in user experience and design, with expertise in mobile and web design principles
• 7+ years of management experience in hiring and developing UX and UI designers
• Strong understanding of consumer-focused digital experiences in omni-channel retail e-commerce
• A portfolio demonstrating a proven track record in creating impactful consumer-focused UX
