Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Implements performance improvement processes and manages complex client relationships
• Provides leadership and mentoring to Health Center Leadership staff and manages site-level supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years' experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in an Operations function desired
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, or fitness environment preferred
