Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development to drive Learning and Development services in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings with key decision makers to identify and close opportunities
• Proactively target and expand new and existing accounts
• Consult with internal teams to craft solutions and manage the sales process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 7-10 years of experience in selling Learning and Development services to the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of achieving quotas in excess of $3M
• Experience with consultative selling and developing strategic client relationships
• Familiarity with SalesForce for pipeline management is preferred
