Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI to lead the development of Generative AI strategies in education technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class AI and Data Science team
• Define the vision and roadmap for Generative AI initiatives across products
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent experience) in AI, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience delivering ML or GenAI systems in production
• Proven success leading high-performing technical teams
• Strength in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
• Exceptional communication skills
