A company is looking for a Director, Account Growth Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Growth Managers, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
- Review and guide routing and margin strategies to meet revenue and margin targets across accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AGMs have necessary tools and data for success
Required Qualifications
- Proven strategic leadership in managing high-value accounts with a focus on margin and revenue
- Extensive experience in account management or telecom/CPaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with SMS routing and A2P messaging standards
- Strong data interpretation skills, experience with tools like Tableau or equivalent
- Ability to build trust and alignment with cross-functional teams at strategic and tactical levels
