A company is looking for a CX Delivery Associate for the UK, Ireland, Iberia, and Americas regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality support to clients and advisors, including managing orders and follow-ups
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance the client experience and track requests for non-Context products
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client value and contribute to the delivery of regional and global tours
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client support or customer service roles

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with cultural experiences or travel-related services is preferred
