Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics & Reporting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with members of the People Team to provide data and analytics support for the business
• Develop data reports with analysis and meaningful insights
• Create presentation-ready visuals that effectively communicate data stories

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence, or related functions
• Skilled experience with Airtable and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating data reports and presentations
• Working knowledge of recruiting, feedback, and performance management processes and systems
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or Greenhouse is a plus
