Job Title: Data Conversion Leader – 100% Remote
Job Description
The Data Conversion Leader will serve as a cross-functional leader supporting the enterprise-wide implementation of SAP S/4 HANA as the organization completes deployment of a global template. This role will drive the execution of data conversion from existing SAP ECC systems to the S/4 HANA template for all remaining company codes.
Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute data conversion activities to ensure timely readiness of converted data for user testing and final cutover, leveraging IT support, business leaders, and global subject matter experts.
• Ensure business and application requirements are met while respecting the global template.
• Apply consistent project management approaches and processes, identify and report roadblocks and variances to project plans, ensure projects are on schedule, and achieve stated objectives.
• Coordinate with team members to identify and document resource constraints.
• Utilize change management principles, processes, tools, and identify change strategies, assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness.
• Communicate with and train facility participants, provide appropriate levels of support and supervision, and measure project effectiveness.
• Take ownership of all project issues with a hands-on approach to root cause analysis and problem resolution while leading the team to fact-based decision making.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in Master Data Management with a focus on all areas of master data within a CPG manufacturing company.
• Experience and knowledge implementing ERP systems using project lifecycle processes, including design, testing, implementation, and support.
• Experience and knowledge of different ETL methodologies and tools including LSMW, BODS, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
• 8+ years of experience in transformation, ERP implementation, and SAP S/4 Sales and Supply Chain lines of business.
• 5-7+ years of experience in an international business & IT environment, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience with a variety of data conversion methodologies and tools.
• Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Change Management Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 data and end-to-end business processes.
Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility in working hours. There may be a need for flexibility to support various time zones to collaborate with overseas stakeholders.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.64 – $80.64/hr.
