Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead data management and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee development and maintenance of data sources and ETL pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends and develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
• Experience with retail, eCommerce, and marketing data across multiple sources
• Proven ability to design impactful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
