Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to provide analytical support related to the costing study of rehabilitation services in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cost analysis of rehabilitation services and local data collection efforts
• Lead facility-level cost analysis and develop customized Excel-based tools for cost allocation
• Conduct system-level cost analysis and create dashboards to visualize findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in computer science, health informatics, statistics, data analysis, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis and public health information systems
• Background in public health strongly preferred
• Experience with data organization, visualization, and reporting of program metrics
• Competency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages considered an asset
