The Marketing Intern Role: 

The Marketing Intern will work alongside our VP of Marketing to build and enhance Darkhive’s presence in the aerospace industry.  This role will support multiple company initiatives and may have the opportunity to attend trade shows. 

The Marketing Intern will work alongside our experienced marketing team during Summer 2025. This role is a part time (29 or less hours/week), on-site in San Antonio, non-exempt, non-supervisory role reporting to our VP of Marketing.  
This position pays $28/hour. 

Market Research & Analysis 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis 
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights 
  • Help prepare reports and presentations on research findings 
     

Marketing Campaign Support 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns 
  • Help coordinate promotions materials, events, and activities 
  • Track campaign performance and report on findings 
     

Administrative Support 

  • Maintain organization of marketing materials 
  • Assist with creating marketing reports 
  • Content Creation and Management 
  • Create engaging contact for social media 
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities 
  • Schedule social media posts 
  • Track and report on social media analytics 

Qualifications you bring: 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or Business 
  • Strong interest in marketing, digital media, and events 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Detail orientated and proactive 
  • Familiarity with creative suites (Adobe) 

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • Work or volunteer experience in the marketing field 
  • U.S. Military Guard/Reservist

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for periods of time.
