Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer support calls and provide product troubleshooting and support

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or similar programs
- Ability to answer inbound support calls daily
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
