A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate 1 - Accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone and email interactions for accommodations, aiming for one-contact resolution
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate customer concerns when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions using a CRM tool and meet standard performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
- Experience with office productivity software and CRM tools
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to type 40-60 words per minute
