Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate 1 - Accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of customer interactions using a CRM tool and meet standard performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience with office productivity software and CRM tools
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to type 40-60 words per minute
