A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to high volume customer inquiries via phone to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Educate customers on spending account products and IRS regulations to maximize usage
- Serve as a customer advocate by identifying needs and guiding them to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required; associate degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
- Must have a secure and distraction-free location to work from home
