Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding annuity inquiries and concerns
- Document customer interactions and perform research to address inquiries
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service quality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of general client service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
- Must be available for 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
