Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Annuity Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding annuity inquiries and concerns
  • Document customer interactions and perform research to address inquiries
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of general client service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
  • Must be available for 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
