Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer service KPIs, focusing on On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and Customer Fill Rate (CFR)
- Manage order-related activities and resolve customer escalations and complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the order-to-cash process
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L)
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated customer orientation with influencing skills
- Ability to achieve productivity targets and enhance service levels
