A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding and troubleshooting customer inquiries and escalations in a timely manner
- Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions, inquiries, and complaints
- Making outbound contacts to educate customers and facilitate issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of customer service experience required
- 1 or more year of experience in a call center environment
- Experience using call center phone systems
- Data entry/Typing skills of 30 WPM
