Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Data Specialist to manage customer data migration projects and support the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a data migration subject matter expert and complete end-to-end data migrations for customers
• Attend customer meetings to address data needs and ensure requirements are met
• Lead technical module-based trainings for customers and maintain client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Openness to learning new skills in data transformation technologies
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet deadlines
