Job Summary

A company is looking for a CL&P Supervisor to oversee the credentialing process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the performance of direct reports and handle escalated issues
• Monitor departmental functions and maintain client facility details within credentialing software
• Conduct audits and prepare performance reports for key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of credentialing and understanding of regulatory standards
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software
• Ability to manage remote employees and develop audit controls
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
