Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Counsel with corporate and regulatory matters, including contract management
• Analyze federal and state statutes to maintain the organization's regulatory compliance policies
• Provide legal advice on various matters including dispute resolution, employment, and data privacy

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal experience as an in-house or corporate attorney
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in a state bar
• In-house legal experience in insurance, real estate, or fintech preferred
• Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and compliance regulations
