A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage and report contracts with various parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and route standard template agreements to vendors and contractors
- Field contract inquiries and prepare monthly contract reporting to internal stakeholders
- Track and audit in-progress contracts, ensuring execution and notifying relevant parties of key dates
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting and development, preferably in education or with state and local governments
- Proficient in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and demands
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
