Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Operations Manager who will create, manage, and communicate about community profile pages to encourage visitor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and publish community submissions, ensuring SEO-friendly content is accurate and on schedule
- Resolve content support tickets from various stakeholders efficiently
- Collaborate with homebuilders, agents, and marketing reps to improve processes and relationships
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, editing, and management
- Familiarity with content optimization tools such as Yoast and ChatGPT
- Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Jira, and/or Asana
- Understanding of real estate or community development (preferred but not required)
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
