A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, and analysis for the Revenue team
- Track and manage incentive spiffs, adjustments, and exceptions
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely commission payout submissions and resolve compensation-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field
- Experience with compensation tools and software (e.g., QuotaPath, Captivate IQ, Xactly)
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Sheets and G-Slides
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
