Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, and analysis for the Revenue team
  • Track and manage incentive spiffs, adjustments, and exceptions
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely commission payout submissions and resolve compensation-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field
  • Experience with compensation tools and software (e.g., QuotaPath, Captivate IQ, Xactly)
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Sheets and G-Slides
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
