Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial and Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and transactional support to achieve business goals while minimizing legal and regulatory risk
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and provide guidance to Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic transactions and implement standardized templates and processes for the Legal team

Required Qualifications

• JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
• 3+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
• Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
• Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred
