A company is looking for a Pre Access Central Scheduler to manage patient scheduling and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and procedures
- Handle high call volumes and manage multiple phone calls across departments
- Transcribe external orders and validate patient insurance information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle experience
- Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle or contact center experience
- Excellent computer skills and ability to self-resolve technical issues
- Experience with multi-channel phone systems
- Ability to mentor new hires as needed
