Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and manage customer accounts
• Take payments and ensure accounts are maintained without suspension
• Comply with FDCPA regulations and assist managers with special projects

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Internet Speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
