Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client & Trade Support Specialist to join their Investment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable and disable account trading per advisor requests and manage account activation and maintenance
- Act as the primary liaison between advisors, traders, and the portfolio accounting team, while reconciling intraday trading and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Development team to enhance trade support processes and prepare documentation for procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
- Prior experience in client service or customer success roles
- 3+ years of experience in the investment industry is preferred
