A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, physicians, patients, and caregivers
- Ensure accurate entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information in software systems
- Process insurance verifications and assist with patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- One year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
- Strong insurance payor verification skills
