A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, physicians, patients, and caregivers
• Ensure accurate entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information in software systems
• Process insurance verifications and assist with patient registration for home care and hospice services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of two years customer service experience
• One year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
• Strong insurance payor verification skills
