- Experience in transforming sales processes from transactional to strategic selling
- Strong track record in building and leading global Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams
- Interest in leveraging AI to enhance productivity in customer-facing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with 100%+ YoY scaling
