Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for caregivers in the Adult Foster Care program
• Create and modify schedules using the scheduling application
• Provide exceptional customer service and support for caregivers and patients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Motivated to assist patients and caregivers with service-related issues
• Above average knowledge of technology applications (web, telephony, mobile)
• Computer proficiency and strong typing skills
• Flexibility to adapt as role responsibilities evolve
