Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Liaison to manage prescription referrals and support patient service programs in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prescription referrals and manage intake and data entry
• Process referrals, inbound faxes, and prepare outbound mail for patients and prescribers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support patient service programs including reimbursement and case management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of solid customer service experience
• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple screens and systems
• Typing speed of at least 50+ WPM with high accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
