A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, claims, and other concerns
- Maintain accurate client and policy data within relevant systems
- Support client satisfaction and retention initiatives while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
- Producer's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Experience managing client relationships and knowledge of insurance preferred
