Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, claims, and other concerns
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data within relevant systems
  • Support client satisfaction and retention initiatives while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
  • Producer's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Experience managing client relationships and knowledge of insurance preferred
