Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist with a focus on banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs and recommend programs to achieve long-range training goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives, including various training materials and delivery methods
- Co-lead eLearning education projects through the design lifecycle and deliver training sessions using multiple methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly in the banking or finance sector
- Proficiency in developing instructional materials and e-learning content
- Knowledge of the 70/20/10 learning model and its application in training
- Ability to assess training needs and develop strategic training plans
- Experience in various training delivery methods, including virtual and in-person sessions
