Key Responsibilities

• Conducts data analysis, compiling and interpreting data for accuracy and efficiencies
• Determines and communicates system requirements through specifications and documentation while ensuring compliance
• Produces advanced reporting and provides expert technical support for systems, enhancing user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
