Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, conducting gap analysis and documenting processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions that enhance business operations
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, assisting with project planning and training end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus
• Experience with business process modeling, workflows, and system integrations
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
