Business Process Re-engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Re-engineering Specialist (Consultant).

Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and optimize business processes to align with NSF grants management objectives
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions for new RCAP features and analyze current workflows for inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with NSF governance processes and support integration of business processes across RCAP and related programs

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of five years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, or systems implementation
• Experience supporting ServiceNow-based solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs
