As Impact Specialist, you will be a key driver of Brevo's sustainability strategy, working independently to develop, implement, and manage impactful CSR initiatives.

This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of success in CSR implementation and a passion for creating positive change.

As Impact Specialist, you will:
  • Carbon Footprint Calculation & Reduction: Lead the comprehensive Carbon Footprint Assessment for all Brevo offices and develop a robust, actionable strategy to minimize our environmental impact. This includes identifying key areas for improvement, setting realistic targets, and tracking progress.
  • Operational CSR Integration: Empower and guide operational teams to integrate sustainable practices into their daily work, focusing on key environmental areas such as climate awareness (e.g., facilitating Climate Fresk workshops), sustainable procurement, minimizing digital pollution, and promoting eco-friendly mobility. Increase our revenue & customer teams knowledge to make sure they can answer our clients and potential clients requests.
  • CSR Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and facilitate key working groups like our green committee. Define and track key CSR indicators for CSRD reporting, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analysis.
  • External CSR Advocacy: Proactively represent Brevo’s CSR initiatives externally, responding to sustainability-related inquiries from prospective clients (e.g., within calls for tender) and collaborating with the marketing team to showcase our CSR achievements through compelling content for social media and other channels.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting: Contribute to the development of Brevo’s overall sustainability strategy. Prepare regular reports on CSR performance, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


What will contribute to your success:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in CSR, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in CSR roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
  • Proven success in achieving B Corp certification and improving Ecovadis ratings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting Carbon Footprint Assessments and implementing effective reduction strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
