Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer daily telephone calls and document all interactions in the customer service module
- Collect and verify information regarding authorizations, claims, and member concerns
- Assist with member outreach communications and resolve walk-in member issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in customer service
- One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
