Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their Client Success Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle benefit-related inquiries and collaborate with administrators, brokers, and carriers to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in planning and executing benefit builds, conducting quality assurance to ensure accuracy
- Develop and manage EDI files and carrier forms, troubleshooting issues as necessary
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in employee benefits support in a client-facing environment
- Demonstrated accuracy when working with complex benefits information
- Experience using various benefits platforms and proficiency in basic to intermediate Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a self-driven work style
