Associate Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of multi-year strategic plans and annual operating priorities
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning and product planning
• Develop and track key performance indicators to assess organizational health and effectiveness of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
• At least 3 years of team or project leadership experience
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data and trends to strategic implications
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in the K-12 education sector is preferred
