Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee multiple HVAC installation projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project logistics, managing material procurement, and ensuring efficient project execution and progress tracking.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multiple commercial HVAC installation projects simultaneously across different locations

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines

- Manage material ordering, procurement, and inventory tracking for ongoing projects

- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project setup plans

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives

- Track and report project progress, including daily and weekly status updates

- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges promptly

- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation

- Coordinate equipment and resource allocation across multiple job sites
