Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in supporting client satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist in resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns and determining the best solution

  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
