Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer and high-volume transactional activity to identify and detect unusual activity
• Escalates any unusual activity detected for further analysis and investigation
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires less than one year of related experience
• Self-sufficient and well-organized
• Ability to manage daily workload
